The summer belt testings will be taking place in the next week. Please see below for information such as directions, times and locations.
Adult Testing
The adult test will take place on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at The Ohio State University in conjunction with Buckeye Tang Soo Do. The test will be held in room B134 of the RPAC.
PLEASE NOTE: The test has been relocated from room A200 to room B134 and this room number is different from the one listed in the testing letters!
Testing begins at 1:00 p.m. and students should arrive no later than 12:30 p.m. to give themselves ample time to walk from the garage to the facilities, change and warm up. The easiest place to park is in the Neil Avenue Parking Garage for $3.00. Here are directions showing how to get to the Neil Ave. Garage from the Y.
Youth Test
The youth test will take place on Sunday, August 1, 2010, at the Licking County Family YMCA Western Branch in the same location that classes take place. The test will begin at 2:00 p.m. and students should arrive no later than 1:30 p.m. in order to change, complete any lingering paperwork and warm up.
Tiny Tiger Tests
The Tiny Tiger belt tests will take place in class on Monday, August 2nd and Wednesday, August 4th. Promotions will take place at the end of the class and at this time each student will receive his/her new belt and a certificate of achievement. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend and should bring cameras if you wish to take pictures.
