Every spring a Region 5 studio hosts the Regional Championships with Grandmaster Shin! This year the tournament will be held in Villa Park, Illinois (near Chicago) the weekend of April 17th – 19th. The weekend consists of the regional black belt test Friday night, the tournament Saturday, and on Sunday students can attend a half-day clinic where they will have the opportunity to train with Grandmaster Shin as well as other masters and instructors from Region 5. The early registration deadline is March 25th, after that the price will increase by $10. The official close of registration is April 1st. Make sure you get your instructors signature before the deadline. If you have any questions, please see either of your instructors.
